After a long and painful struggle of 9 months waiting to become a shift leader-manager, it has finally happened. After promises from 3 managers and an area supervisor, the dream has become a reality. I continued training and learning like there was no tomorrow, even though people tried to break my spirit, and tear me down. I am strong, and determined. I ran my first shift last week, and I will run all shifts this week. Then next week I get added to the managers schedule. Thank you Jesus for a blessing I believe I well deserve...
